The George W. Reagan Company was selected as the general contractor for the Maryville Retail Shops by competitive bid. With a tight construction schedule and the project starting during wet winter months, scheduling was maintained and the projected was completed on time. The construction consists of reinforced concrete slab on grade, masonry block, structural steel beam and columns, steel joist, steel roof deck, EPDM roofing, exterior insulation finish system, brick and stone masonry.
